XX ART FLÂNERIE festival is coming back to Vienna’s 15th district for its second year. 

The festival was initiated by artist and curator Georgij Melnikov (Aa Collections), curator Ale Zapata (Improper Walls), and curator & cultural organizer Justina Speirokaite (Improper Walls, LT.art Vienna). 

After a successful partnership with the Delegation of the Government of Catalonia to Central Europe last year, this year the festival continues to include Catalan artists. Furthermore presents another European region - Lithuania. Thus the poorest district of Vienna for eight days becomes the richest one in arts and culture by bringing together local and international artists and audiences.
