WEIRD UGLY FISH energetic drum passages covered by synthesizer tones and atmospheric drones. Driven by improvisational and performative music the duo merges a variety of styles. Listeners can hear influences of punk, jazz, idm and krautrock melded in one shifting, raw, musical experience. Hailing from Lithuania, the duo thrives on playing live shows. The performances are a musical journey based on communication and being in the moment.
BEDLESS BONES is Kadri Sammel - singer-songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and interdisciplinary artist from Tallinn, Estonia. With a background of a decade of singing in choirs; studies in cultural theory, audiovisual media and photography; her personal musical style has transformed into the solo project Bedless Bones, which experiments with different noir genres; building bridges and bending borders between darkwave, murky EBM & techno and industrial sounds and an abstract otherworldly atmosphere. Brought to life through songs that are charged with a multilayered melancholic sound, but also ignite dark dancefloors and evoke familiarity.
JULIA WITAS is an multidisciplinary artist, currently based in Vienna and Berlin. Next to working with photography, film and installation, her sonic work oscillates between devouring, dark, distortion and floating, poetic fragility. Her performances serve as intimate realms and ritualistic experiences shared with the observer.
BERND AMMANN Producer and live artist Bernd Ammann has been gracing the Viennese techno scene with multi-faceted purely hardware-based. In his live set, he uses analog equipment exclusively. Techno and dance enthusiasts will find a real musical experience.
